Are your items pre-ordered or on hand? 

All of our items are pre-ordered unless specified otherwise.


How long until I receive my order?

Please allow us 24 hours to process your order and payment. This allows us the time to confirm that there will be no issues with your order and in case of issues, inform you of such.

We have two cut-off dates for orders, every 15th and every 30th/31st of the month

Paid orders are usually shipped after 14-21* business days after cut-off date. You’ll receive a notification email with your tracking number once your order is on it’s way to you!

Where do I send my proof of payment?

Once we’ve confirmed your order, you will receive an email notification from us within 24 hours. Please settle your payment through your preferred payment method and fill up our payment confirmation form (https://tinyurl.com/DearPetsPaymentForm) so that we could update your payment status. 

Your order will be secured once you’ve been marked as paid.

 

The item is sold out! Will there be a restock?

Due to some items having a limited run, not all items will be available for restock.

We are located in Quezon City, Manila.

 

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We offer nationwide shipping.

What are your payment options?

Currently, we accept payment through the following: 

  • BDO Online Deposit
  • BPI Online Deposit
  • GCash
  • Credit/Debit Cards (thru PayPal)


Do you accept Cash-on-Delivery?

All items are strictly on a pay first, pre-order basis. Only fully paid orders will be processed and acknowledged. Hence, we will not be accepting Cash-on-Delivery requests.

However, we are open to do Cash-on-Delivery for selected shipping couriers (same day delivery couriers such as Grab/Lalamove and LBC Express).

 

Can I return or exchange an item?

Before we ship out any item to you, rest assured that we’ve done quality checks to ensure that we have received a non-defective item from our supplier. We will not be held liable if there are any damages or defects caused by the shipping courier.

How long does it take to process return/exchange?

For returns/exchanges, we ship the items as soon as they are available. Should you wish to apply for a refund, please reach us at dearpetsph@gmail.com.
